Project reports and impact
We monitor our programs to understand their progress and the difference they make in the lives of the people we serve.
During Term I of 2026, the foundation reported supporting 20 children, with a reported school attendance rate of 96% and no recorded dropouts during that term. By Term III of 2026, the number of children supported had increased to 50, subject to verification against project records.
We aim to document our activities, track progress against project objectives, and use the lessons learned to improve program delivery and accountability. Reports may include:
- Education project progress reports

- Monitoring and evaluation summaries
- Annual organizational reports, when available
Financial accountability
We are committed to maintaining appropriate financial records, documenting project expenditures, and managing funds in accordance with applicable requirements, approved budgets, donor agreements and internal financial procedures.
Where applicable, financial reports will be prepared and shared with authorized stakeholders in accordance with relevant obligations and reporting arrangements.
Financial documents published on this website will be reviewed and approved for public release before publication.
Governance and compliance
Our leadership is responsible for promoting ethical conduct, appropriate oversight, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and responsible implementation of organizational activities.
We seek to maintain clear organizational responsibilities, appropriate documentation and sound decision-making processes. Our governance and compliance commitments include:

Child safeguarding and protection
We are committed to protecting children from abuse, exploitation, neglect, discrimination and other forms of harm within the scope of our activities.
We aim to ensure that staff, volunteers, partners and other representatives understand their safeguarding responsibilities and act in the best interests of the children we serve.
Children’s photographs, stories and personal information must be handled responsibly, with appropriate consent and safeguards. Confidential beneficiary information will not be published through our public reporting resources.
Our safeguarding arrangements will be guided by applicable laws, approved organizational policies and the principle of the best interests of the child.
Privacy and data protection
Personal information is to be collected, used, stored and shared responsibly and for legitimate purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and our privacy policy.
We seek to ensure that information shared through reports, photographs and project updates does not unnecessarily expose individuals to privacy risks, discrimination or harm.

Complaints, feedback and accountability
We encourage concerns about our programs, conduct or services to be raised through our official communication channels. We aim to handle complaints fairly, confidentially and responsibly, with appropriate attention to safeguarding concerns and protection against retaliation.
